Apple ][ History - filling in some blanks

I'm an Apple and Mac collector, and am trying to compile a production
history database from information found at a number of web sites.  I'm
trying to finish a timeline which includes Apple peripherals, but there's so
little information as to just when these products were introduced (and
discontinued).  Any help on the following products would be greatly
appreciated.

I am looking for introduction and/or production dates for the following:

Apple Monitor ][ (beige and platinum cases)
Apple Color Plotter
Apple //c flat panel display
Apple Scribe Printer (believed to be 4/1984)

I am also a bit confused about some of the early printers.  I have what
looks to be an Apple Scribe, but it only says "Apple Thermal Printer" on it.
I also have what looks like the original ImageWriter, but it doesn't say
"ImageWriter" anywhere on it.

Were the original Apple printer models given simple descriptive names rather
than the "catchy" names?

Lastly, these are the names of all of the early Apple printers that I either
own or have found reference to. If anyone sees anything missing, or perhaps
printers had 2 names depending upon their production dates, I would like to
know.

Apple Silentype (introduced 6/79)
Apple Daisy Wheel Printer (5/80)
Apple Dot Matrix Printer (7/82)
Apple Letter Quality Printer (10/82)
Apple Color Plotter (?/83)
Apple ImageWriter (12/83)
Apple ImageWriter 15" (?/?)
Apple Scribe (4/84)
Apple Thermal Printer (?/?)
