another thing you may be interested in is the Macintosh program "Apple
DOS File System", which basically puts up a finder-like "desktop"
window in which you can mount ALL your apple 2 disk images, be they
ProDOS, DOS 3.3, Pascal or CP/M.  It lets you create boot or data disk
images, and move files to/from your hard drive or between images.

It can deal with DiskCopy images too, and create new ones.  It can
convert between Copy II+ ".img" sector order and regular ".dsk" or
".po" sector order as well.  Plus more.
