  Applesoft ROMs should be:

341-0011
341-0012
341-0013
341-0014
341-0015
341-0020

   You left off a zero.

And I recall the drive controller ROMs somewhat:

341-0009  13 Sector ROM
341-0010  13 Sector ROM

341-0027  16 Sector
341-0028  16 Sector

341-0220  Mac 128, 512  (400k drive support)
341-0221  Mac 128, 512  (400k drive support)

  Mac Plus ROMs are not correct...  They came out with 3 sets actually... I
think I have the numbers right.

341-0341-A
341-0342-A

341-0341-A
341-0342-B

341-0341-B
341-0342-C

  I could go through my garage and warehouse and get you a few dozen more
numbers.
