Well, no, the Apple II and the PET made their official debut at the exact same Faire, in april 1977. According to Woz, their unofficial 'debut' had been a bit earlier than Commodore's but I'd say that the official launch date counts. Tandy's TRS-80 appeared a few months later.
probably just amend my statement to be that up until the Apple II came out, there was no personal computer you could buy that came preassembled and ready to go that had colour graphics. :-)
