Sequential Systems at one time made a SVGA-card called
Second Sight. Although it won't improve the quality of
the image for most applications (only for applications
written to support it), I can imagine finding an adapter
box for SVGA-to-HDTV will be easier than finding
IIGS-to-HDTV.
Sequential is no longer in the Apple II business, and I
don't know if anybody is still carrying any existing stock
on the cards, but you might check eBay or the .marketplace
groups to see if somebody has one they're willing to part
with.
