Apple //gs -> PC Null modem

Having some problems- I have a null modem cable that I can send data from
the pc to gs but not from gs to pc.  In term mode I can type and enter from
PC but gs does not tx to pc.  I checked the cable and all connections are
right, also I checked the tx pin to PC and there was voltage there when data
was entered on GS side..  Just not showing up on PC.

I tried different baud rates, different everything.  PC has Hardware flow
control enabled and GS has DTR and DCD control enabled - both computers are
at same baud rate..  Any ideas?  Bad gs port?  Both modem, and printer ports
do the same thing... ?
