Hi,

I recently got my ZIP GS ver 1.01 board upgraded by Joachim Lange and
I need some help ;-).

I had the card SRAM sockets converted and 64K of SRAMs installed. A
new oscillator socket was installed and two other sockets where added
labeled 74F02 and 74F00. These are empty but Joachim sent me a 74F02N,
74F00N,74HC00N and a 74HC002N. I am not sure how to use these and
Joachim says I might have to cut some traces to get the board to work
properly. At the moment the card seems to work ok (crashes after about
30mins, but I am still playing with the card) without the 2 sockets
being filled.

Has anyone got any ideas what i need to do to use these chips, I know
once they are installed I should be able to push the ZIP further and
maybe make the card more reliable
