I bought an upgrade kit (motherboard & case baseplate) about 10 years ago
from Shreve Systems, but they appear to no longer sell that kit.  You could
buy a IIGS motherboard, but you would need to modify the baseplate of your
IIe case to accomodate the different back-panel connectors and standoff
locations.
