Sorry can't help there on who made it - but, it was probably made in Taiwan.

This is probably a sticking or dirty key - do a Google Groups search on "Apple
2
keyboard" and you should find hints and tips on how to clean or fix your
keyboard. Rubywands FAQ might help here as well.

The instructions said to use Windows 98 or better, so I installed RedHat
