Sys 5 is pretty well covered-- Sys 5.0.4 is available from Asimov and
GS WorldView. (However, if there is something special about having the stuff
in DiskCopy form, then go for it.)

Connect using an FTP program such as Cute FTP or WS_FTP. Look for a folder
named "incoming", "uploads", etc..
