They're Static RAM(SRAM). THEY can be found at most electronic supply
stores. THEY comes in two different widths. Yours is the wider variety,
600 mil. If you're not planning too much more in the way of upgrading
your ZipGS then 70ns wide SRAM will work fine. Examples of the part#s are
84256C-70 F
HY62256A LP-70
