As far as I know the Night Owl is history.  However any battery shop 
such as Battery Depot, Battery World or Polar Battery will carry a 
replacement. Radio Shack may even carry it. Apple used a couple of 
different batteries in the ROM 1 IIgs but the replacement is a 
Tadiran TL-5101. Or just ask for a 3.6 volt Lithium battery with leads.
Replacement is easy enough. Just cut the leads off the old battery 
close to the battery. Then place the replacement battery in that 
locations (watch the polarity)with the leads running alongside the 
original leads. Then just use a dab of solder to solder the wires 
onto each other. That's it.
