Naaa... seems it is an idiot with an axe to grind. Check out
www.tgos.org "World of TGOS".
I severely doubt real secret agents would communicate through public
usenet channels, using such a stupid easy-to-break code as word
substitution to boot. After all hiding the existence of a message is
just as important as hiding the content of a message to those guys.
And, you hear lots of things if the day's a long one.
