Apple II Mouse.

I got an official Apple IIe Mouse Controller card from Apple Computer.
Finding a suitable mouse is proving to be a bit of a mission. What types
of mouse are compatible with it? Can be a PC or Macintosh mouse be
modified or require an adaptor to work with the II?

Where can I find Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) for Apple II, notably
those shipped by Apple Computer with their Apple 3.5" disk drives:
Catalyst (America only[?]) and Mousedesk (Elsewhere)? And MousePaint
program that came with every AppleMouse II?
