Most of that 47 lbs. will be the printer...the Imagewriter is one heavy
beast. :-) 

(It'll keep on going forever, though...still have mine that was bought new
back in '85, but it hasn't been fired up in at least two or three years.  At
least you can still find ribbons for them, which is more than you can say
for many printers of comparable age.  Try finding ribbons for a Scribe
(Apple's color thermal-transfer printer) sometime, for instance.)
