If you read the beginning of my post then you will
see the words "simplified overview".  And all
three versions of the DOS 3.3 System Master
included the ROM files and a loader so you did
not have to write your own.

More nit-picks about my own post: I did not talk about
Apple II/II+ computers with less than 48K of memory,
I did not talk about motherboard modifications such
as the CramApple that put 64K chips in place of the
16K chips, I did not separate the BASIC ROMs from the
Monitor ROMs, I did not explain that Integer BASIC
has fewer ROMs than Applesoft, I did not discuss how
the Language Card fits 16K of RAM into 12K of ROM 
space, and I am sure that there are other omissions 
and technical inaccuracies.

I was trying to explain stuff to an Apple II newbie
whose native language is not English and whose questions
are sometimes difficult to understand.  I figured he
could fill in the gaps by asking more questions when
he needed the information.
