I just answered that question - by obtaining an original Apple ][ or ][+
(as appropriate), or a firmware card. Try the usual sources, like eBay.
You cannot get the ROMs from anywhere else (unless someone has been
scavenging them from old machines) - Apple never sold them as a separate
product.
