Asked a billion times, answer billion + 1, look online for them. You
won't have a problem finding them. Most emulator sites (this is a
HINT) have them, or reference to them. Also, if you own the machine,
you can capture and save the file, then transfer it over serial cable
to another machine, adn the procedures to do so are also online.
Finally, legally, you have to OWN the ROMS to DL them, but that isn't
a problem if you don't care to be legal. I would recommend looking
for them ONLINE if you want them and to be legal. www.ebay.com is a
good place to start.
