I don't believe so but you can have a ProDOS partition on the LCs hard 
drive or a separate ProDOS hard drive that both the LC and IIe card can 
access. Just download the software with the LC and save it to the ProDOS 
parition then boot the IIe card and and turn the images into floppies.
