I think the appropriate program would be SST. This is a modified bit
copier program and process that stores the raw bytes of the disk to a
file (160k), instead of just the sector data (140k). The file created
can be used by some of the emulators. This file may also be able to
recreate the original diskette format should it ever need to be restored
to a real diskette.
