As I think Wayne mentioned, you can use the Mac Finder to copy files to a
ProDos partition on your hard disk or the Mac's internal 3.5" floppy, switch
to the IIe card, and then copy the file from the ProDos partition or 3.5"
floppy to a 5.25" floppy attached to the IIe card. The 3.5" drive is not a
problem, you can put an 800K ProDos formatted floppy into the Mac's internal
floppy drive and copy files to it from the Finder or while using the IIe
card.

That gets the job done.
