Your best bet is to find someone locally to make you some disks. There's an
active Apple II community in France, so that should be possible.

There is a lot of software available on the net, the best way to get it onto
your IIc is a null-modem cable. You can either use a telecom program on the
IIc and your other computer, or a program like ADT to transfer the disk
images. Probably ADT is the way to go, with the limited memory and disk
space of the IIc.

Supposedly you can use ADT to create a boot disk, starting with nothing but
the null-modem cable, but I have recently read thru the info on it and I
can't find the exact instructions for doing that.
