The mere fact that you are considering putting various works back online as
the result of Tom leaving is a shining tribute to the overbearing, arrogant
and out-of-touch-with-reality behaviour of folks just like you. Nathan
Mates, Joe Kohn, Quantum Cat, etc etc have done more to HARM the apple II
community over the last 5 years that any one of us "pirates" and "thieves".

Instead of "doing us a favor", why don't you just continue sulking and
pouting in the corner, whining about how unappreciative the rest of us are,
while the Apple II community continues to dwindle and wither, just as it
would have regardless of your actions.
