An important exception is a .SDK file--a ShrinkIt archive of a disk
image.  Since such archives are file system-unaware, .SDK's can
be properly packed and unpacked (to the appropriate-sized volume)
on either ProDOS 8 or GS/OS.

Of course, if the resulting disk is GS/OS-specific, then it will not
be very useful without a GS/OS machine.
