You can get a D-19 F to D-19 M cable from IEC http://www.iec.net/ part #
L1567-02 (Apple Unidisk Drive Extension cable) for $20.50.  They can make
the cable any length you want. This is the cable I use for my IIc Quark
drive.

Kennect Technology also made a cable for its Rapport 2.4 drive which does
the same thing and which uses molded plugs but they are out of business, I
believe.
