SYNDICOMM LAUNCHES NEW ONLINE STORE

May 18, 2002--Syndicomm(tm) today launched its new online store,
bringing a wealth of new features and improving product availability.

The new online store, at http://store.syndicomm.com, uses secure socket
layer (SSL) technology to provide a secure shopping experience for Apple
II users and enthusiasts.  Using any SSL-capable web browser, you can
purchase products from anywhere in the world using your Visa or Master
Card, using a typical shopping cart environment.  Online order status
information is also available.

"We're pleased to open our new online store," said Eric Shepherd, owner
of Syndicomm.  "We feel the new store will improve the online shopping
experience for all our customers, with more accurate computation of
shipping and handling charges, customer product reviews, and secure
online processing of credit card payments."

To inaugurate the online store, Syndicomm is offering special discount
