I had one of these for my first computer. Yeah, they were an awful lot
like a //c, but had a couple of drawbacks, since it wasn't an actual
Apple computer. I couldn't run a lot of software on it, including
integer. Man, I was REALLY irked when I found out I couldn't run
Ultima on it! I also found out that there was some sort of limit on
the serial port. I couldn't get the modem to run any faster than 1200
bps without getting garbage characters. It was a really cool looking
machine, though. I gave it to someone here for the cost of shipping,
which I never got. :-( Sometimes I regret having gotten rid of it, but
I'm pretty sure it's gone to a good home.
