That explains a lot.  D3110 is one of those DOS 3.3 hacks that allows
it to work on 3.5 inch disks.  In this case it's called UniDOS. 
Unfortunately, I don't know of any way to extract the files from this
type of image.

I tried the D3110 image on Kegs32r3 (a GS emulator) and set the
control panel to boot slot 5. It seemed to run perfectly.  I thought
that I could put a blank 143 kb DOS 3.3 image in slot 6 and copy the
files one at a time from the UniDOS image to the DOS 3.3 image, but it
did not work.  I got I/O errors.

So, if as you said, you cannot use a GS emulator I don't know of any
way you can run the games on UniDOS disk images.
