I haven't been able to track down the MC14669B.  It is too old to be
listed in any of the obvious Motorola reference books we have at work.

Going on the reports that this is a video capture card, I expect the
MC14669B is used to assist in the decoding of the video signal.

The CA3140E is an op-amp.

The DM7408N is another 74 series TTL logic chip, from National
Semiconductor.  It may be "standard" TTL rather than "Low-power
Schottky" (74LS).  The '08 is a quad 2-input AND gate.
