Does anyone have a packing list for an original Apple II? I'm curious about
what items originally shipped with it. Other than the Red Book, were there
any other manuals that came with it? Did it ship with any cassette tapes?
BTW, I finally found a Red Book and considering the cost of one on ebay, I
was not really impressed with it. What's the big deal? Why are they worth so
much? Is it just that they are hard to find? $100+ dollars seems like a lot
of money for one of these books. I found mine buried in a box of CP/M manuals
that someone gave me (for free.)
