search for a5 b6 f0 0c
replace f0 with 10

One-hit kill:
search for c6 b7 d0 04
replace c6 with 85

However, if you fall off the cliff, or walk through the falling gate, or run right into someone (except the princess - you have to run to her), you'll still die.  So don't do that.
