I have the book and disk in question but have never imaged it. Besides the software, I believe you would also need the Apple II J Plus which was the Japanese version of the Apple II Plus. (Basically just a ROM and Keyboard difference).
Philip Lord has the ROM on his website (Or at least he did the last time I checked). I believe he also has a few other Japanese titles that even I don't have in my collection.
