According to the roots of Sir-tech web page Norman Sirotek founded Siro-tech, later Sir-tech, with Robert Woodheadand. Robert Sirotek, according to the making wizardry web page, was an older brother of Norman's who became part of the company as a programmer shortly after the release of Galactic Attack.
