Conrad, I began to think you were a scammer not because the project is behind schedule, but because you were AWOL and unresponsive. I've e-mailed you at both of the addresses you've provided and didn't get a reply. It seems the only way to prod you into communicating has been to harass you outside of CSA2.

Things happen -- timetables slip. Unforeseen constraints I can handle. If you want to redeem yourself, you need to be a lot more forthcoming and transparent about the situation while dealing with your customers. The problems in your personal life should stay personal but you can't leave business unattended and use it as an excuse.

I'm glad you've checked in and taken time to update. That took some courage in light of the criticism you've been taking. I can appreciate that.

Where are you in the process of getting the cards cleared? When you last checked in, it was going to be one or two weeks - do you have a new ETA?
