No, that's not the point at all. It's pretty evident that some people would prefer that the materials we're discussing be freely available with no strings attached. Hell, even I would prefer that - but it's not the current reality.

There's nothing stopping anyone from copying and uploading the material to Asimov now. There's nothing stopping David Finnigan from hosting the APDA materials on MacGUI.
