Smart Port is based on slot# 5.  So, PR#5 will access the first external drive.

The second daisy chained 3.5" drive will be Slot#5, Drive#2 which will depend if there is a Ram driver installed and if there is a ramcard in the IIc.

Otherwise, the second daisy chained drive will be slot#2, drive#1.
And the third drive is slot#2, drive#2.

Any 5.25" drives daisy chained to the external drives will still keep slot#6 but will be drive#2, whereas the internal 5.25" drive will still be slot#6, drive#1.
