A few years ago, someone was offering up custom label art for retro-gaming disks. It's kind of like the MAME community, where screenshot, banner art etc is available. There *was* a replacement label underground in the warez scene back in the day but the quality wasn't as good as these - the Imagewriter could only do so much. These look like inkjet labels - so, the 90's at the earliest.
