I was talking to Tony earlier today, and he says he's within two orders
or so of catching up. I know he fell badly behind (to be fair, I used
to do the same thing -- it turns out Syndicomm is a crapton of work;
that's why I had to give it up!), but if it's true that he's catching
up, as long as he stays on top of things from here out, I think people
should try to be as patient as they can and cut him some slack (I know
that's hard given that money is involved though).
Fact of the matter is that I know from personal experience that selling
Apple II products is pretty hard to deal with these days. It can never
be the top of your priority list, so you do it for love, and sometimes
that's not really enough. You do what you can.
That said, I totally get why people are pissed off about it, too. I
just... know that Tony's trying. He does, however, need to do a better
job communicating about these things, instead of just ignoring people's
concerns for so long.
