Since forever, actually. I used to integrate my own custom build of just some parts, but since joining Rob Greene and John Matthews on the AppleCommander project itself, I pulled out my custom code and just use the jar directly. Now I don't have to remember to keep two code streams in sync... it's just one code stream.
