Instead of having to read this kind of messages every week (or so),
is there anyone in California (Los Angeles) ready to drive to Ocean
Side, knock at the door, and propose Tony some help to work on this ?
Don't we have more to gain by helping him to work this out than to
enter in the 'dispute' way ? Even if I agree that it is (more than)
annoying for people to wait for something they have paid for and not
