Ultrawarp with RamFast Problems:

1st Boot: 16.6670mhz
2nd Boot: 1Mhz (Poke 49245,0)
3rd Boot: UW Off (Poke 49243,0)
4th Boot UW Off
It does not seem to be a speed-related problem. It might have to do with the design?
