I do not think so. the Bilestoad uses half-tracks and the deprotection schemes you presented do not show any changes to the arm routines. An easy way would be to image the disk will "i'm fEDD up" with a .5 step :-) I should have written yesterday that on brutaldeluxe.fr/public/thebilestoad/ was uploaded a "clean" crack of the game.
