Ok, it is for all intents done.  The creators have
decided not to have any more made, being there are
not many more folks who desire this type of development
board. Although, I would like at least one more of them.

It is finished. It is designed for developers to create
their own projects on. If you actually read the page,
you'll see that there are add-on boards available also,
which you need to program for as well.
