The image looks to be all zeroes, so all bad.
Could still grab track 0 sector 0 and save it as a file, or try the SST route (Super Saltines Transfer). I've never used SST personally; that came after my days.
Or, there's a program called The Inspector/Watson that can do a nibble read of a track (loads it into the hi-res buffer), which can then just be BSAVEd as a file. It runs in the RAM card though.
Track 0 is what we need to see.
