This site is not loading for me. Could someone post a summary of what it is?

Text from the site:

Using this adapter, you can connect an Apple II GS with a television which has a component video input. Most Japanese televisions have D inputs and you can input component video signal using a component-D conversion cable.

Retro PCs I used for Tests
Apple II GS
How to Connect
Plug the DSUB connector of the adapter into the RGB output connector of an Apple II GS. Connect the adapter and a television using a component-D conversion cable.

Turn on the Apple II GS power switch.

Notice
Though this adapter has a DC input jack, it is used when you connect the adapter with other retro PC. When normal use with an Apple II GS, never connect a power supply with this adapter.
Adjustment
Adjust color and luminance by the volumes BVR, YVR and RVR on the adapter.
Application
Though this adapter is designed for Apple II GS, I suppose the use with other retor PCs. This adapter has not only C-SYNC input but also H-SYNV/V-SYNC input.
