OK.  From the replies, it looks like I can forget about getting a European //e Softcard.  Instead, I should be looking at a clone or an earlier (non aux slot) softcard.

I have both cards, but I have an extra one of the 2nd card, that I would trade for the Auxiliary slot CPM card.  I also have all versions of CPM (2.2, 2.3, 4.0 and 5.1) on disk that works with both cards.
