Yes, the AUX slot is in line with slot 3, so your diagnosis is correct.
The good news is that someone wants to buy this card... the bad news is that there is nothing on ebay for the //e Europe version and I don't know where else to look. Any suggestions for vintage Apple markets?
Also, would one of the older softcards or clones work in a //e? I specifically wanted the //e softcard because of the 80 cols and (to a lesser degree) the extra RAM.
