I have a GS-Ram Rev. A board that's missing the PAL chip. I found what claims
to be the PAL16L8 JEDEC file on Reactive Micro's web site, but I think there
are problems with that and all the other fuse maps there. The GS-Ram file and
all the others I've checked have bad transmission checksums. I had to write a
little Perl program to recalculate the final checksum before the programmer
would even accept the file. The PAL was blown correctly in that I can read it
back and confirm it matches the input. But, the board is inoperative.
Does anyone have a working GS-Ram Rev A and the ability to read out the PAL?
I have not idea why the PAL is missing. If it was me that pulled it and lost
track of it then I'm an idiot...
