Structured to numbered BASIC convertor?

Hi,

Strange one here. On the Apple, I have a program called ProBes, designed 
especially for blind people. This program lets you write Applesoft programs 
without line numbers, and with the ability to specify labels in goto and 
gosub statements and the like. When it creates the actual Applesoft program, 
each line is given a number.

Is there anything like that for Windows, Linux, etc? I know there are plenty 
of programs to go the other way around, converting numbered BASIC to 
structured, unnumbered BASIC.
