On the original Integer BASIC Apple II, there were two ROM sockets for custom code. Apple sold the Programmer's Aid #1 for the $D000-$D7FF address, and the other, $D800-$DFFF, was empty.
In my History, I have a statement that other ROMs were sold to use in this space, but I cannot find any reference to such products existing. Does anyone know if there actually WERE products ever sold for either of these two ROM spaces?
